- Associate's Degree (Graduate of an Accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program)
- Current Physical Therapist Assistant Licensure in Missouri or Illinois (as determined by the location of the position)

- Associate's Degree (Graduate of an Accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program)
- Current Physical Therapist Assistant Licensure in Missouri or Illinois (as determined by the location of the position)
