Job Description

Performs physical therapy evaluations and treatments for acute care and outpatient population; outpatient work in predominantly wound and lymphedema PT; documents patients care according to hospital, JCAHO, and Medicare guidelines; participates in peer review and performance improvement activities

Education: High school graduate or equivalent Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree from accredited PT program

Certification: Current Tennessee Physical Therapist license and BLS certification required. Hospital experience strongly preferred
