Job Description
Under the guidance of the Nursing Director, assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates the delivery of patient care. Assists in providing administrative direction in the development and evaluation of nursing personnel and contributes to nursing and hospital through support of philosophy, objectives and educational efforts.Graduate from School of Nursing. Current Florida Nursing License. Current BLS ,ACLS,PALS Certification required. Knowledge of nursing principles in the care of the adult and geriatric patients. Knowledge of nursing principles and technical skills, while utilizing the nursing process in the delivery of safe patient care. Minimum 2 years experience in a Critical Care setting. Minimum of six months as Charge Nurse preferred.
