Job Description

Coordinates, plans, organizes, implements and monitors nursing care to neonatal patients in accordance with departmental philosophy and objectives. Facilitates communication and continuity of care for patients, accepting accountability for daily operations of the NICU when on duty. Demonstrates strong leadership. This is a full time position.

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Minimum of 1 year licensed nursing experience in NICU required and previous management experience preferred. Florida RN license, BLS and NRP certifications required. BSN preferred.
