TECH-RESPIRATORY (RRT):

Work with physicians and nurses to establish care plans for critically ill infants. Manage invasive and non-invasive ventilators. Draw and analyze arterial blood samples. Provide aerosol and oxygen therapy. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Manage infants airway including skill intubation. Respond to high risk deliveries and c-section


MUST HAVE MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS NICU LEVEL II EXPERIENCE

Graduate of a AMA approved school of Respiratory Care, Licensed in California (R.C.P), R.R.T. from the NBRC, Current CPR certification, Certified - ACLS, PALS, NRP, HCP, BLS, and S.T.A.B.L.E. certifications. Possesses analytical and problem solving abilities. Effective verbal and written communication skills to communicate with people on all levels and able to maintain positive working relationships with patients, families, and co-workers inter- and intra-departmentally. Previous experience preferred, will train the right person. Possesses active listening and teaching skills. Compassionate, non-judgmental, patient caregiver and advocate. Able to independently manage multiple priorities. Must possess basic computer skills. Must be a service oriented individual.
