The Physical Therapist provides direct patient care to an adult/geriatric patient population and/or pediatric population; maintains appropriate department records and reports; participates in and facilitates the development of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation; assists with supervision of Physical Therapy personnel; furthers their professional growth and development through continuing education; assists in daily department operations.



Will primarily work in the outpatient therapy department. May occasionally be needed to assist with inpatient services.


-Licensed in the state of Louisiana to practice as a Physical Therapist by the Louisiana State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.

-Degree in Physical Therapy

-1 yr. of experience preferred

-Louisiana license and BLS
