The Director for Emergency Services and reports to the Chief Nurse Executive and is accountable for all activities related to the 24-hour clinical and administrative management in the department and has the responsibility for quality improvement, efficient and effective use of resources and compliance with regulations pertinent to this area. Must have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or related field.

Minimum 5 years clinical critical care experience.
Minimum 2 years management experience.

CPR certification
California RN license
ACLS certification is req. PALS certification is req.
