Job Summary:
Effectively represents hospital administration during the hours the administrative staff are not present in the hospital. Resolves immediate problems by providing counsel and offering possible solutions as appropriate. Has direct oversight and responsibility of patient flow.

Experience
Minimum - Three years of nursing experience in an acute setting, one of which has been in a supervisory/administrative capacity.

Education
Minimum - Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Preferred - Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent preferred.

Special Skills
Demonstrates organizational skills and leadership ability. Required to be flexible in
scheduling, i.e., weekends and holidays.

Licensure
RN = RN license from NV State Nursing Board.
CTCPRBLS = Basic Life Support CPR.
