Required: Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care program. Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential by the National Board of Respiratory Care. Current licensure with the State of Nevada. One year of hospital experience required. Current BLS and ACLS certification. Basic computer literacy. High level of analytical ability required in preparing care plans, implementing effective treatment regimens, and developing solutions to complex issues concerning patients with cardiopulmonary dysfunction. Strong interpersonal skills & excellent customer service skills. Demonstrates ability to work in an area characterized by a high need for critical thinking, constant attention to detail and frequent interruptions.

The Respiratory Therapist-Registered (RRT) provides respiratory care-related procedures and therapies to SMRMC hospital inpatients and outpatients.
