PHARMACIST
Job Description
Reviews medical orders and evaluates appropriateness and completeness of orders with respect to patient data. Administers and monitors medications, performs comprehensive health care assessments in collaboration with integrated team members, and documents pharmaceutical care. Oversees the activities of pharmacy technicians, coordinates workflow and checks all medications prepared for patients.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Doctor of Pharmacy Degree or Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree required (or foreign equivalent). Must be eligible for California Pharmacist License.
