RCP provides professional respiratory care to both inpatients and outpatients. All patient care that is provided will be in accordance with physician orders, hospital policy and American Association for Respiratory Care Standards of Practice.

Minimum Requirements: Min 2 year primary work experience as a Respiratory Therapist;with one year of intensive NICU backround Graduate of a AMA accredited RT Program. Current CA Respiratory Care Practitioner License. Current BLS and PALS, NPR.

This position is represented by SEIU-UHW and is covered by the terms and conditions of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.

This position is a temporary Full-Time position through end of April 2010, and will convert into a Per Diem position thereafter.
