Responsible for the provision of respiratory care, which includes basic health care as defined by the Respiratory Care Practice Act.
Graduate of an accredited school of respiratory therapy. Must have NBRC certification as a CRT or RRT. Maintain an active California License to practice respiratory care. Current BCLS and Los Angeles City fire card. Must complete ACLS, PALS within one year of initial hire; to be renewed as required. NICU RCP’s must maintain a current NALS certification in addition to BCLS, ACLS, and PALS.
